*hehehe did you notice that this is posted in the FAITH category? :D

We finally got a little mud on the jeep! It’s not much! One of Brian’s bosses has offered to let us run around on his property and get muddy! Maybe we’ll do that this weekend! If so, I’ll make sure to put up more pics!!!

Well, yes, boney fingers, but you also Don’t get to go on a weekend camping trip to play around with your Jeep!

We get to work extra at the car wash this weekend!  That’s OK, that’ll just be that much more $$ that we can put in savings and get us that much closer to buying a trailer to pull that Jeep!   It’ll actually be more money than just the extra car wash $$ because now we won’t be spending gas $$, muddin’ $$ and eating out $$, etc….

Makes that appt with my magician beautician easier to pay for tomorrow also!

This coming weekend is going to be a very pretty weekend.  The forecast is 75* and SUNNY!  I can’t wait, especially since its 50* and rainy right now!  YYYYUUUCKK.  50* and rainy isn’t bad if you can just snuggle on the couch and watch it thru the window, NOT have to be out in it!

My In-Laws gave me a Target Gift Card for my birthday last March.  With that card, I bought the prettiest cup from Starbucks.  This cup has shiny ’60’s’ flowers all over it.  The cup even has a pink lid!!!  I used the rest of the card to fill the cup a few times also!  Just so you know, I also have 2 other Starbucks cups.  One with pink hearts all over it and the other is plain black.

The one with pink hearts was dirty and the other 2 were in the cabinet, along with a Dave & Buster’s insulated mug and an insulated mug we got free from the Teacher Appreciation Day at Mardel last spring.

Brian likes to have an insulated cup of ice water by the side of the bed in case he wakes up thirsty during the night.

Which one do you think he used?

My pink flower mug!  Do you want to know why?  I think it’s because it was closer to the front and he didn’t have to reach as far!   Out of the 4 mugs he chose MY fancy pink one!

The next morning as I was getting his cups from the side of his bed.  I held up MY mug and asked him why he had to use that one, and asked him why he couldn’t use the black one!  I also told him that I’d go to Starbucks and buy him his OWN pink flower mug if he wanted!

This is actually me griping either way you look at it.  I’m griping because he used my mug.  But, that was the first time in………nope, can’t remember……that he’s actually FIXED his own ice water for the night.  Yep, he gets in bed first.  Then after I’ve done all of the nightly chores~lock doors, turn off lights, get kids back in bed,etc..I’ll go to bed.  Brian will wait for me to leave the kitchen, go to the bedroom, turn off that light and then he’ll ask me to go back and get him ice water.  I do this with a smile and with out pouring the ice water on him :P

Isn’t he lucky to have such a great wife?

Jackson and I were on our way to the car wash.  As we were turning on to the highway….Jackson said:

That’s an old car

me~Yes it is, it’s a 64 1/2 Mustang

J~Wow, that is old

me~Yep, it’s older than me.

J~Oh, yea, You were born in ‘67 and that car was from ‘64.

HELLO?  I may be old, but I was at least born in the ’70’s!

Sharing isn’t only hard for toddlers!  It’s hard for adults also!  I got a new computer a few months ago and have sacrificed quite a bit because of it.  I got the laptop because my desktop decided to go into early retirement.  Brian’s great and wonderful friend is bringing the desktop back to life.  Until that happens, Kiel needs a computer for his school work, since we switched curriculum to one that is done on the computer!

Which means that I don’t get my computer during the day anymore!  I’m having to learn to share!  It’s HARD!

We were at Circuit City yesterday looking at printers.  While we were there I was asking Brian if there was enough room on my laptop to copy all of the curric CDs to the hard drive.  We were talking about how the laptop could run a little faster and it wouldn’t hurt our feelings.  So we asked the nice man from the Fire Dog dept and ended up upgrading from 1gig to 2gigs!  They’re having a decent sale on those if you are interested!  AND, they’ve got some good deals on printer/scanner/copier combos.  If you need the USB cable, go to Staples, they are cheaper there!

There is one good side to losing my computer for a few hours a day…..I finally tamed the laundry lion!  I bet I’ll even be able to iron soon!

Jackson got to go to the movies with Gran today!  After the movie Jackson and Gran went to McyD’s and Jackson got to play on the playground.  Then, who can’t stop at Braum’s for ice cream?

Jackson has been talking non-stop about his day with Gran!  Jackson made it home with a bag of popcorn and he is being so sweet and sharing it with his brothers!  They are all on a blanket in the living room watching the Narnia movie and enjoying the movie theater popcorn!  It just tastes so much better than microwave popcorn, even if it is 6 hours old!!!

He told me the he had ‘the perfect day’!

Although I didn’t go to the park and I didn’t get to walk, I did get the T-Shirt! I saw my MIL today and she had an extra Heart Walk T-Shirt and gave it to me!!

I’m so excited!

We met Gran at the mall and she took a kid for the afternoon! Jackson was very excited to go! They are going to see The Game Plan and after the movie they are going to get a bite to eat!

The boys love it when they get to have their own time with family! Eric made it thru the night at Nana and Grandad’s, so now he’ll be able to go more!

When Gran leaned inside the truck to give Eric a hug, he told her that ‘his mom really wanted him to go with her also’!!! He’s begining to voice his opinion more often now. Today at lunch the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and I told her the boys wanted water. To this Eric smiled and said, “No, Dr. Pepper”!

Brian had his appt with the heart doctor today.  They decided to go ahead and do the stress test and sonogram thingy and all of his tests came out great!  The doctor said his heart was in such great shape that he could go out and train for a marathon!

I’ll settle for him training for a 5K!!
